Deb Woodard has been a licensed real estate agent for over 21 years and in the real estate industry since she was 17 years old. Prior to being a manager, Deb was a very successful real estate agent and earned the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award, which represents the Top 9% of all Coldwell Banker agents in 2012 and the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle Award, which represents the Top 5% of all Coldwell Banker agents in 2013. Deb brings a unique approach as she shares her tips and techniques of being a successful real estate agent so that you can become a successful real estate agent. Deb also provides many hands-on and how-to education classes. Deb holds a B.S. in Business Administration.
